Tammy Altarac

Tammy Altarac serves as a General Manager for Innovation and Patient care at AbbVie corporate headquarters (Chicago, US), a global research & development based pharmaceutical company. She also served as chairwoman of the “Pharma Israel” association, and as CEO of Abbott Israel pharmaceuticals division and AbbVie Israel since 2007. Prior to that, she held senior regulatory and marketing positions at several multinational companies, including Farmadis, SmithKline Beecham (now GSK), Pfizer, and Taro. Tami holds a degree in pharmacy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from the Recanati School of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University.
